Product Description

YGP series hydraulic mud and sand pump is a new type of mud and sand pump installed on the excavator arm and driven by the hydraulic system of the excavator. It is divided into 12-inch, 10-inch, 8-inch, 6-inch and other major series and various specifications. It is mainly used as an accessory device for excavators, and is used when there is a lot of water, silt, and mud.

When the sand and gravel are relatively thin and is not conducive to excavation and vehicle transportation, this hydraulic sediment pump for extraction operations greatly improves the work efficiency.

Hydraulic mud sand pump is widely used in inland waterway dredging projects, port sediment control, tailings reservoir sand pumping, mineral processing, municipal sewers and other silt discharge.

Main Features
1. The bottom of the pump is equipped with a stirring impeller, and can be equipped with reamers or winching cages on both sides to loosen hardened sediments, increase the extraction concentration, and achieve automatic Dynamic hinge suction can also prevent large pieces of solid material from clogging the pump, allowing solids and liquids to be fully mixed, making it easier to handle.
2. This pump can handle solid matter with a maximum particle size of 50mm, and the solid-liquid extraction concentration can reach more than 70%;
