This machine is suitable for fully automatic cutting of office paper; it can also be used for cutting various types of PET, self-adhesive, paper, plastic composite materials, aluminum foil, leather and other rolled materials.
Performance and features:
1. This machine uses a servo motor for fixed-length cutting and a PLC program-controlled system for centralized control. According to the roll materials in the market, it can be cut into different specifications at one time through the program. At the same time, automatic stacking is carried out through the automatic lifting and sorting device; it is easy to operate and has a high degree of automation; compared with the traditional slitting process, it saves labor.
2. The transmission system is centrally controlled through mechanical cams, combined with pneumatic, photoelectric sensors and other systems. The unloading system adopts an automatic cylinder lifting device. This machine integrates light, electricity and gas, and has the advantages of high cutting accuracy, mechanical stability and low noise. .
3. The main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic counting, alarm stop, tension digital display and other advanced functions.
