We bring most of spare parts with machine shipping together . Once u need extra , we will send new parts instead ask client send back the broken parts to repair .
(1)The machine can be upgraded online and solve software problems remotely.
(2)In the case of quality issue within the 1st year of use, we are responsible for the cost and shipping of the parts, promise to repair it, and extend the warranty period.
(3)Man-made damage and after 1 year, customers need to pay for parts and shipping.
(4)We update and assist in the maintenance of the machine for free for life.
