Product Description

A down-the-hole drill is a type of rotary and percussion drill. Its drill rod has a pneumatic (or hydraulic) mechanism connected to the drill bit at the front end, and the drill rod is rotated by a rotary mechanism. When drilling, the impactor dives into the bottom of the hole. Compressed air is sent into the impactor through the inside of the drill rod. After passing through the air distribution device, it drives the hammer body to impact the drill bit at a high frequency. The rock is crushed into rock powder under the impact and rotation of the drill bit, and then is blown out of the hole by the compressed air.
