Production process:
1: Peeled
Raw materials must be peeled, and logs must be peeled to ensure the quality of wood chips, because a large amount of dust will appear in the bark during pulping, affecting the quality of pulp.
2: Sliced
Peeled logs are cut into flakes in the direction of wood grain, with a length of 30mm and a thickness of 3mm. If the lower corner is used, the length is generally about 60mm and the thickness is 1.2-3mm, which are suitable for pulping. Oversized wood chips have an impact on the quality during the pulping process and pulping.
3:Screening of wood chips
The wood chips must be screened to remove the wood chips and oversized wood chips. The oversized wood chips will be returned to the slicer through the conveyor belt and processed again.
4: Cleaning of wood chips
From the material preparation system to the wood chip washing machine, in order to achieve better washing effect, the wood chips are stirred in the washing machine to remove surface sundries, such as sand, stones, metals and other impurities. After washing, the wood chips are sent to the first pre steaming bin.
5: Preliminary steaming of wood chips
The cleaned wood chips enter the steaming bin at a moderate temperature. The wood chips stay in the bin for a few minutes to exhaust the air in the wood chips, which is conducive to reducing the load of the machinery.
6: Chemical impregnation procedure
Adding chemicals into the tank will react with wood chips, which is conducive to softening the impregnation of wood chips.
