High-speed intelligent paper cup machine YG-160S intelligent paper cup machine adopts a desktop layout, which isolates the transmission parts and molds. The transmission parts are under the table, and the mold is on the table. This layout is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The machine adopts automatic spray lubrication, vertical axis transmission structure, barrel-type cylindrical indexing mechanism and gear transmission, which ensures the stability and quality of the whole machine. For electrical parts, PLC, photoelectric tracking and servo feeding are used to control the operation. The production capacity of this type of machine is up to 120-150/min, suitable for producing 5-16 oz cold/hot cups.

The working principle of our paper cup machine is that one main motor drives the whole machine to work, achieving the perfect integration of chain and cam structure. Now the machine adopts a single aluminum disk instead of the previous three-disk machine, which makes the machine failure rate reduced significantly and the training time for operators reduced. Paper cups with single and double lamination of 3-9oz can be customized according to customer requirements. It is a fully automatic paper cup forming machine, which can produce various sizes of paper cups stably through continuous processes such as automatic paper feeding with multiple sub-row, paper anti-backward device (to ensure accurate positioning), ultrasonic or copper bar welding, mechanical paper tube transfer, oil filling, bottom punching, bottom folding, preheating, knurling-, cup unloading, etc. It is a paper cup machine developed by our company with comprehensive technical improvements to improve the stability of the whole machine.
