Automatic paper cup machine is a multi station automatic molding machine, the automatic paper feeding, sealing (bonded glass), oil filling, filling, bottom heating, knurling, crimping and continuous process of photoelectric detection and fault alarm, counting function, is the ideal equipment for tasting drink cup, tea cup, coffee cup, advertising cup, icecream cups or other food containersfor the production of paper cone.
The machine uses a cylindrical indexing cam with only one aluminum plate to complete the cup making structure, which makes the machine faster and smaller. 
Features:
1. (Multiple paper feeds) Three paper feeds and multiple mediations to avoid unevenness on both sides of the paper cup. 2. (Gutterwheel) The inside of the machine uses a groove wheel to connect more closely, and it is not easy to loosen during the operation of the machine. The work is more precise. 
3. The machine's single-disk bottom punching and cup-up stroke offset the paper jam and bottom turning failures! Make the machine more perfect and greatly increase the production output. 
4. The whole machine automatically time-controls the oil lubrication, which saves the trouble of adding lubricating oil manually and makes the machine automatically reach the best operating state. 
5. Full-time use of cam operation, replacing the previous connecting rod principle, reducing failures and increasing production speed.
