Product Description
Hydraulic Rock Splitter is used for the division of rock,It can be used in construction, decoration, ,mining operations, the secondary disintegration of large pieces of ore, the local parts of concrete and all the demolition work.
Hydraulic rock splitter is composed of two parts: hydraulic power station and splitter.
According to the type of power station,it can be divided into: electric engine,diesel engine.
The pump station outputs high-pressure oil to the splitter, and the splitter will produce a great thrust, pushing the wedge to both sides to expand, so that the split from the internal split and separation.
Working process
1. Drill hole in rock,
Diameter of the hole:YG-250:42mm,YG-350 and YG-450:46mm
Min. Depth of the hole:YG-250:500mm,YG-350:700mm,YG-450:900mm
2. Insert splitter which is contain wedge and feathers, Start engine to provide hydraulic pressure.
3. Repeat the step 2, until the whole structure is fractured into smaller sections and ready for removal.
