Hydraulic pile breaker: such as cast-in-place pile, prefabricated pile, etc.; from the shape of pile head, it can be divided into round pile breaker and square pile breaker. The pile breaker is widely used in high-speed rail bridges and pile foundation engineering of civil construction. Generally, the round pile cutter is suitable for pile diameters of 250mm-2500mm; the square pile cutter is suitable for pile sides 250-650mm, which can meet all kinds of Requirements for large-scale foundation construction.

The hydraulic pile breaker provides pressure to multiple cylinders of the pile cutter through power source, and the cylinders directly drive the drill rod to squeeze the pile body at the same time, so that the pile head is cut off. The pile breaker adopts a highly modular combination, and connects the module through the pin. It can cut off the diameter head within a certain range by combining the number of different modules.

Pile breaker is widely used in high-speed railway Bridges and civil construction pile foundation projects, which can meet the requirements of various large-scale foundation construction.

Square/round pile breaker can replace manpower and is high effcient,static in breaking piles. It can be connected to a variety of engineering machinery, which is the preferred equipment for pile breaking.

Operalion steps (Apply all Pile Breaker)
1.According to pile diameter. with reference to the construction reference parameters corresponding to the number of modulars,directly connect the breakers to the work platform with a quick coupler;
2.The working platform con be excavator, ligting device and hydraulic pump station combination, the lifting device can be truck crane, crawler cranes, etc;
3.Move the pile breaker to the working pile head section;
4.Adjust the pile breaker to the suitable height (please refer to construction parameter list when crushing the pile, otherwise the chain may be broken) . and damp the pile position to be cut;
5.Adjust the excavator's system pressure according to the concreate strength,and pressurize the cylinder until the concrete pile breaks under high pressure;
6.After the pile is crushed, hoist the concrete block.
