Product Description
Pulp molding equipment uses waste book paper, waste newspapers, waste cartons, and waste scraps from printing and packaging plants, tailings from paper mills, etc. as raw materials to produce and process degradable egg trays, cup holders, egg boxes, shoes, etc. Paper support equipment for inner lining and inner packaging of electronic products.
(1) Beating system Waste paper such as old newspapers, magazines, cartons, etc., is blended into a certain concentration of slurry through shredding, screening, adding dyes, etc. for molding. The main equipments are: hydraulic pulper, agitator, slurry pump, water pump, control cabinet, etc. According to different requirements for finished products, thick pulp and fine pulp equipment can be appropriately selected, such as vibrating screens, refiners, etc.
(2) Forming system The slurry is evenly attached to the special forming mold by vacuum to form a wet product, and then transferred to the drying system or natural drying.
(3) Drying system After pulping and molding, pulp products generally contain relatively high moisture, which needs to be dried to remove the moisture in the product. It includs Air-dry, Brick kiln drying,Metal drying.

1-Pulping System
(1) Put the raw material into the pulper and add an appropriate amount of water for a long time to stir the waste paper into pulp
and store it in the storage tank.
(2) Put the pulp in the slurry tank into the pulping tank, adjust the pulp concentration in the pulping tank, and further stir
through the homogenizer through the white water of the return pool and the thick slurry of the storage tank. After adjusting to
the applicable pulp, put it into the feeding pool to be used in the molding system.
Equipment used: pulping machine, homogenizer, slurry pump, vibrating screen, pulp disintegrator
2- Forming System
(1) The pulp in the supply tank is supplied into the molding machine, and is adsorbed by the vacuum system, and the pulp is left
on the mold by the mold on the equipment to be formed, and the white water is sucked and transported back into the pool through
the vacuum pump.
(2) After the mold is adsorbed, the transfer mold is blown out by the positive pressure of the air compressor, and the molded
product is blown from the molding die to the rotary mold, and is sent out by the transfer mold.
Equipment used: molding machine, mold, vacuum pump, vacuum tank, pump, air compressor, mold cleaning machine.
3-Drying System
(1) Natural drying method: The product is dried directly by weather and natural wind.
(2) Traditional drying: brick tunnel kiln, heat source can choose natural gas, diesel, coal, dry wood,A heat source such as liquefied petroleum gas.
(3) New multi-layer drying line: 6-layer metal drying line can save more than 30% energy compared to transmission drying. The main heat source is clean energy such as natural gas, diesel oil, liquefied petroleum gas and methanol.

1-How Much Space is Required for the Whole Egg Tray Production Line?

2-If Materials are Paper and Carton, Do I Have to Add the Additives to Combine Those Materials?
Don't have to. There is no need to add additives. If you wanna make trays with different colors, it is available for you to add
some pigment. One kilogram of monochromatic dye can be used to produce 10,000 pieces of egg trays.
3-In the Hydrapulper, How Much is Fresh Water and Recycled Water?
The water to make pulp can be fresh and recycled. In the pulping process, it is forbidden to add water.
4-What are Egg Tray Patterns on the Bottom?
The pattern of egg tray can be customized according to your need, including a smooth surface, stepped surface and other kinds of patterns. Egg tray with a smooth surface has better loading capacity.
