(1). Pulp making system
1. Put the raw materials into the pulping machine, add appropriate amount of water and stir for a long time to turn the waste paper into pulp, then put it into the pulp storage tank for storage.
2. Put the pulp in the storage tank into the pulp mixing tank, and adjust the pulp concentration in the pulp mixing tank. The white water in the return tank and the thick pulp in the storage tank are further stirred by the homogenizer. After being adjusted into suitable pulp, it is put into the pulp supply tank to be used in the molding system.

2). Molding system
1. Feed the pulp in the pulp supply pool into the forming machine, and after adsorption by the vacuum system, the pulp will pass through the mold on the equipment to leave the pulp on the mold to form. The white water will be adsorbed and driven back into the pool through the vacuum pump.
2. After the mold is adsorbed, the transfer mold passes through the air compressor and the positive pressure is released, and the molded product is blown from the forming mold to the rotating mold, and is sent out from the transfer mold.

(3). Drying system
Natural drying method: (The product is dried directly by the weather and natural wind.)
1) Traditional drying can be selected: (Civil tunnel kiln, the heat source can be natural gas, diesel, coal and other heat sources.)
2) New multi-layer drying line: (The 6-layer metal drying line can save more than 30% energy than transmission drying. The main heat source is natural gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas and other clean energy sources.)
