Filling drink production line:

The main body of this machine is structural steel, the exterior is 304 stainless steel layer, 304 stainless steel frame, stainless steel adjustable. The machine integrates washing, filling and capping, with scientific and reasonable design, beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance, and high degree of automation. It is mainly suitable for hot filling of juice, tea beverage and dairy beverage. It can be applied to a variety of bottle types only by replacing a few parts.

The bottle conveying system adopts the whole process of bottleneck operation, thus ensuring the reliability of bottle operation. For bottles of different diameters, only the tiles on the nylon positioning wheel need to be replaced, and for bottles of different heights, only the conveyor chain height needs to be adjusted.

The water filling machine is consisted of ringsing-filling-caping all together. CGF water filling machine adpots the suspension design. It allows the machine to fill different type of the bottles. It is normally used as drinking water filling machine.
