Reverse Circulation Drilling Rig

The reverse circulation multi-functional drilling rig is a new type of efficient, environmentally friendly, and multi-functional crawler-mounted drilling rig.  It utilizes the latest RC drilling technology from abroad, allowing for effective collection of rock dust through a dust collector, thus preventing environmental pollution. Cuttings can also be collected through a cyclone separator, making it suitable for sampling and analysis work in geological exploration. It is the preferred equipment for geological exploration drilling and other deep hole drilling applications.

This drilling rig can perform reverse circulation down-the-hole drilling using compressed air in various geological formations. All operations of the drilling rig, including derrick lifting, derrick compensation, drill pipe connection and disconnection, rotation and feeding, outriggers, hoisting, and movement, are controlled by a hydraulic system, significantly reducing labor intensity and improving construction efficiency and quality.

Advantages:
1. During drilling operations, the drill frame can extend and retract via compensating cylinders to maintain contact with the ground, improving frame rigidity and ensuring drilling stability.
2. The compensating slide plate protects the drill rod threads, extending the drill rod's service life.
3. The combination of drill rod puller and hydraulic wrench makes drill rod connection and disconnection safe, convenient, and fast, reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency.
4. The uniquely designed drill tool centering device, coupled with a spirit level, ensures the drilling accuracy. The centering device opens and closes freely and is easy to use. The combined clamping plates have variable inner diameters to perfectly match the drill tools.
5. The latest patented air pre-filter is used, which can filter out more than 90% of the dust in the intake air and automatically discharge dust without cleaning, effectively reducing engine wear, extending service life, and improving work efficiency, making it truly suitable for various harsh working environments.
6. The specially designed oil mist lubricator in the compressed air system effectively extends the service life of the impactor.
7.  Roller guide rails are wear-resistant and have a long service life.
