Toilet Paper Machine

This toilet ptoilet paper machine uses a servo motor for constant length feeding, ensuring high precision during high-speed operation. It is equipped with an encoder, automatic meter counting, and automatic alarm functions. The machine can automatically blow away waste material after slitting and features a pneumatic automatic feeding device.  It uses air-expanding shafts for unwinding and rewinding. Operators can control the feeding and cutting process via a screen, ensuring high safety and significantly reducing the risk of accidents. This machine is suitable for cutting both cored and coreless paper.  It features advanced settings and stable performance. When changing specifications, simply set the slitting quantity and length on the touchscreen, and the dimensions of the paper roll head and tail can be flexibly adjusted.
