Rock Splitter

Rock splitters are engineering devices designed based on the characteristic of rocks having high compressive strength but low tensile strength. They utilize ultra-high-pressure oil, mechanically amplified by a booster, to drive splitting rods and generate thousands of tons of thrust, achieving directional rock fracturing. This equipment was first promoted in China by Chongqing Jingbao Mechanized Engineering Co., Ltd. Compared to traditional cutting machines, it significantly improves efficiency and reduces energy consumption. Compared to expanding fracturing agents, it offers comprehensive advantages such as larger drilling intervals, shorter operation cycles, and stronger safety and environmental friendliness.

Q: What kind of power:
A: We have two models: electric and diesel, which one do you need?

If not convenient for you to use electricity, recommend diesel oil pump;

If it is electric, I need to know your voltage and frequency;

Q: Product composition:
A: Pump station+Splitting Guns+ splitter + oil pipe + wearing parts

(wedges on both sides in the middle)

Q: Configuration:How many splitting guns do you want for a hydraulic pump?
A: Generally, 1 pump 2 guns, 2 guns/2 guns/5 guns/6 guns, more than 2 guns need a splitter;

Q: Working distance: How far is the distance (related to the length of the oil pipe)
A: The common one is 1 pump 3 guns 40M oil pipe

Q: How to transport:
A: It is usually recommended to ship by sea, but if it involves air transportation, 

diesel engines are Class III dangerous goods and cannot be shipped as general goods. They may need to be transported separately, otherwise the cost will be very high.
