The 60-meter fixed fog cannon is a high-efficiency dust suppression device for building demolition projects, boasting the core advantages of wide coverage range and precise atomization effect, which can specifically address the problem of dust diffusion in demolition operations.
During operation, the device can be fixedly installed at the high ground of the demolition site or key positions of the enclosure. It atomizes water mist into fine droplets of 30-150μm through a high-pressure fan, covering the demolition operation area and its surrounding areas with a still-air range of 60 meters. The mist droplets can quickly adsorb the dust particles generated during demolition, crushing, and dreg handling processes, making them settle to the ground. This effectively prevents dust from spreading to nearby residential areas or roads, and reduces the concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5.
Meanwhile, the device supports automated control. It can be linked with demolition machinery for start-stop operation, or set to a timed spray mode, eliminating the need for dedicated personnel on duty. When used in conjunction with windbreak and dust suppression nets, its dust suppression efficiency can be further improved, meeting the environmental protection emission requirements of demolition sites.
